SCARF Organization Inc, (the “Organization”) respects the privacy of its online visitors and customers of its services and complies with applicable laws for the protection of your privacy. Regulations governing SCARF Organization, Inc are collected from the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rule. Such anonymous data does not allow the identification of the customers to which it relates. the Organization may share anonymous data, aggregated or not, with third parties. Please be aware that the Organization may choose to permit third parties to offer subscription and/or registration-based services through the Organization’s site. The Organization shall not be responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties and you should check the applicable privacy policy of such party when providing personally identifiable information. Why the Organization Collects and Processes Data
The Organization collects and processes Personal Data for the following reasons:

What Data We Collect and Process
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
When setting up an Account, the Organization will collect your email address and country of residence. You are also required to choose a username and a password. The provision of this information is necessary to register a User Account. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Transaction and Payment Data

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
